At my appointments she never made me feel rushed and was careful to answer any questions I had. She has a fun personality and was so good at reading the room during the birth and either laughing along with us, or keeping with a more serious tone. She was wonderful at knowing when we needed her more quiet support and when we needed her to step in for some added assistance. My son had some potentially concerning signs that required some additional follow up testing. Fortunately he ended up being fine. Kristen was so good at letting me know right away that we needed to get him in for a check up soon, while still keeping me calm and making me feel like he was absolutely perfect and wonderful. She has a gift for this and it really shines through."
